Thanks, but No thanks La Quinta I wanted to stay here since its close to all of the amenities that we are hoping to see, but no thank you La Quinta. Unfortunately, after reading many reviews, I am not rich and cannot afford to be charged for extra fees that I did not incur or was told about up front before booking. I would assume that a class action lawsuit will be proceeding with all the complaints here. I hope that I am not charged for this post...

They will scam you Do not stay here. They will scam you. We had 3 rooms and first one of the room smoke alarm was ripped off the wall. On another room AC was not cooling and TV had no volume. We told them again at check out. In one of the rooms they said we were smoking and we told them we don’t smoke so there was a mistake. We told them the smoke alarm is broken but they said there was an alarm hiding behind the bed that goes off if someone is smoking. Well when they showed us a report we were not in the room at the time. We were walking the French Quarter and out eating We showed them pics and time stamp and they said there was a 30 min gap. Well we walked and waited to be seated. They were no help and the manager lied to us more than once. When we asked for a GM email or phone number he gave us his email. I called corporate to get an email for someone else. They said we were smoking for an hour. We don’t smoke.

Great place with Great pricing We greatly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I prefer to stay at LaQuinta when we travel overnight, which is not too often. It is our hotel of choice. We had excellent service.

Great hotel except we had a great visit best breakfast room was clean and nice area wasn't bad lots of stuff in walking distance only complaint is we had to pay to park our car additionally to our stay! which is a negative in my book. should be included in the stay. over all happy with the stay beside the parking I had to pay another $45 dollars on top of my $121 dollar room for the night
