The best old hotel in the Quarter Nice and clean room's. Really nice and helpful front desk. I was on the third floor and the room's have french doors that open up so you can look over parts of the French Quarter and then some of the room's have a small balcony on the third floor the second floor has a wrap around balcony. really nice parking lot.

Super cute hotel in the French Quarter! The location for this hotel can't be beat if you're looking to stay in the French Quarter. You are definitely in walking distance of all of the FQ attractions, but you're far enough away from the Bourbon Street debauchery that it's quiet any time of day or night. The lobby and rooms look like something out of the French colonial era, which gives this hotel loads of charm. Breakfast is not included, but there was free coffee service in the lobby. There is a pool in the courtyard, which was pretty basic, but enough to keep the kids occupied in the afternoon. Highly recommend!

Tommy, the reservation manager, makes staying at L.R. even more wonderful. I have stayed at LR multiple times and think, beyond a doubt, it's the finest hotel in NO. The location is perfect. Right in the heart of The French Quarter but a few streets from Bourbon St., so it's quiet and intimate. Today I spoke with the reservation manager named Tommy. With the media circus about the Coronovirus and the bounce back emails from Booking.com Tommy graciously refunded me with no strings attached. He is a valuable staff member for LR and a valuable consumer advocate for me and many others. So, 5 stars for LR and 6 stars for Tommy. LR is the best hotel. Tommy is the best employee. Tell them I sent you. Mary Umstattd.

Winter in New Orleans There is gated parking for guests, which is a huge plus in this area. The room was comfortable and we got one with a balcony. The location is great, being just 2 blocks from the market and easy walking distance to most things in the French Quarter. There is a small dining room and the kitchen serves breakfast and lunch. They stop serving at 2:00 in the afternoon, but most places will deliver to the hotel. The bar is small but the bartenders are great and you can have meals delivered there, in case you don't feel like dining in your room. There is even a pool in the courtyard. This was my first visit to the city and this hotel made it a great trip. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
