Great hotel in New Orleans This hotel has large modern rooms including an huge bathroom and excellent staff. Service is exceptional in all areas. There is a nice bar and restaurant and is in a great location. Easy walk to attractions including Bourbon Street and a number of very good restaurants. Very close to convention center if you’re attending a conference. They even have umbrellas in the rooms because it often rains in New Orleans.

New Orleans 8 day stay Older property in a good location. The restaurant wasn't open when it was supposed to be. Some staff are better than others, kudos to Ajaya and Amanda. The room was comfortable but the walls are indeed thin and the AC thermostat kept raising the temp about 4am so I would wake up roasting. I had an unfortunate incident of 2 contractors coming into my room unannounced and not identifying themselves right off the bat, but security came up and took care of it. The hotel is close to the convention center and the Riverwalk and the French Quarter.

Perfect stay! Stayed here 5 nights on business and loved this hotel. Vey clean, attentive staff, great food and great location for exploring. I enjoyed the large room, comfy bed and great river view. The large clean bathroom was a plus. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Good hotel Good hotel. Gym. Pool. Spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Good location away from the noise but not too far away. Comfy beds. I didn't get a chance to try the food so cannot comment as I went to local diners and such for that NOLA experience. Would go back here. Lil pricey per night though.

I would never stay here again We stayed here for the Jazz Festival as part of our VIP package. We were looking forward to staying here after reading all the positive reviews. However, this is hotel far from a VIP experience. We ended up packing our bags and moving to a nearby hotel. • The carpet had a large red stain in the middle, likely from a previous cleaning attempt that left it musty and sticky. • The bathroom sink did not drain properly and even backed up, leaving dirt and hair caked around it. • The shower tile and drain were problematic—the corroded drain was inset from the tile, making it catch debris and look unsightly. Mildew around the perimeter. • Additionally, there were two large handprints on the windows, which we had to clean ourselves upon arrival. It was disheartening to see someone else’s handprints when looking out the windows. • Could hear neighbors loud and clear through the walls
