Tired hotel needing Tired hotel needing uplift. Lifts almost dangerous. No restaurant available and pool closed. Good location.

Good property in the heart of the quarter Good property in the heart of the quarter. Staff was very nice. Coffee was delicious. However I would advise everyone to call ahead to make sure the pool is open as it was closed the entire trip! That was very disappointing considering it was 95 degrees every day!

Disappointed I was excited to stay at a older stall hotel versus a new updated one so my expectations were not very high in the first place I love New Orleans and I love the history so I was OK with outdated amenities however, what was aggravating was that we were not aware that the pool was shut down, when we booked And one of the main reasons we selected it because of the courtyard, so Expedia should have been updated to let travelers know that the pool would not be an option at this hotel at this time. The after hours older gentleman, valet guy was very irritated if you needed some thing out of your car, but the younger guy was pleasant in the morning. The hotel does not keep things on hand like Band-Aids. I went to the front desk to ask for one and they did not have any, but I could purchase some if they had them available. I just needed one. And they desperately need to do some thing about that elevator and not take a risk on how much longer they have it before it can legitimately hear the springs popping. It’s worth replacing after we stay one night. I begin looking at reviews from other sites and they were pretty negative, except for them saying they had air conditioner, which was funny because each night we were there we did not Experience AC. Our room never got under 80 and was sleep on top of the covers and miserable as it was the first week of August and hot as hell.

Nikole was everything she needs a raise NIKOLE WITH THE K WAS EVERYTHING SHE HAS A VERY BRIGHT SPIRIT AND ENERGY SHE KEPT A SMILE ON HER FACE AND WAS WILLING TO DO EVERYTHING IN HER POWER TO MAKE HER GUEST FEEL WELCOMED I LOVE HER ATTITUDE YALL NEED MORE LIKE HER AT THE FRONT DESK. THE ROOM WAS AMAZING.

Lovely Hotel & Staff Hotel is very convenient, clean and the staff was lovely. The pool was under construction but the staff was very accommodating and another location was readily available to use. Shoutout to Jasmine at the front desk who was super helpful & darling- always nice to come home after a long hot day to a friendly face!
