First and Last Let's start with check-in-it takes 45mins to 1hr. Valet? Leave your car in the middle of the street someone might get it before it's ticketed. It requires a minimum of 2 request to get your room clean and or get clean towels. Staff not rude but uninterested. No since urgency and not accommodating. Bathroom small may need new knees after the door hits them. Do not recommend.

Pelham is perfection! Pelham hotel was beautiful and the staff were all amazing ❤️ I loved how close it was to everything: it’s practically in front of Canal St., and two streetcar stops, next to the Casino and Outlet mall! Finally, it has the best breakfast/bruch restaurant next door. Perfection _ Thank you!

Wanted To Love It. We just finished our stay (June 5-10 2024), and got home to clean out our vehicle. Blunt wraps and cigarillos were found under our driver seat, which we have attached photos of. No one in our family smokes, and there was ash in our vehicle, showing one of their drivers was smoking in our car. This is completely unacceptable as we come from families with high levels of cancer. Additionally, my in-laws were staying in the same hotel and had a horrific experience. The first room they were given had BLOOD on the bedsheets. When they went to the front desk to address it, a gentlemen stated he was the only one there so he’d get to it eventually. After an extensive period of waiting, about 30 minutes, my father-in-law went down again to address it. The employee finally just moved them to another room, which was appreciated. Following this, on a different day, the same employee barged into their room unannounced, while my mother-in-law was showering and father-in-law was in his underwear. There was no acknowledgement or apology, just the employee running out of the room. Later, when the employee was confronted, he stated “Yeah, I just had to grab something.” This was also completely unacceptable. Overall, our experience was moderate at best, but after finding the ashes, smoking paraphernalia, combined with the blood on the bed and the intrusion into one of our rooms… I could never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially considering I have attempted to contact the hotel via email, and gotten no response.

Great choice, we will return next trip! This was a very delightful experience. Everything was perfect! Location, convenience, quite enough, helpful and kind staff, clean, unique, safety all above and beyond. The beds are cozy and the pillows adequate, even for a stomach sleeper. The rooms clean with a retro radio (yes also tv that streams or plays live tv. The huge windows and beautiful architecture and paintings give a nice annd home like feel and less hotel vibes. The exceptional staff accentuates this. Rooms have enough space with a coffee maker and small two bottle wine fridge. The front desk people were very nice and helpful with any advice you may need. We used valet for the many convenience and safety with Competitive pricing for area. after a quick call or text your car is in front in less than 15 minutes. However, we walked mostly with only short walk to attractions and meals. Close enough to walk but not loud at night. Willie’s directly across an open parking lot is great for late night chicken and local sides (don’t forget their Daquri ) after a concert or otherwise late evening.

Great Hôtel I arrived from France, my first time in New Orleans. I had a room that overlooked the street. Very nice bedroom, high ceiling, jazz music... very well prepared bedroom. At the reception the most adorable hostess was Jade. Very cheerful, attentive and up to the standard of this hotel in which I spent 5 nights and which has excellent value for money. Its location is simply perfect. A great hotel.
