Pleasant Stay The rooms were clean & comfy. The staff were really nice & very attentive to our concerns. We had an issue with our iron. We called front desk & made them aware of our issue, someone was at the door within minutes with another iron. Valet was also on point.

Great experience!!! We had a fantastic time! We stayed here for a conference and they were nothing other than fantastic. Great service, great people and a great stay. I will definitely be back in the future to stay at this hotel. My students loved the location with it being right in the heart of bourbon street !

Best birthday I came for my birthday and Leann made my birthday so special. Upon checking in Leann wished me a happy birthday with a very big smile shout out to Malcom as well his energy is amazing and he gave me really good dinner recommendations. These two made my experience and my birthday special I’ll be back for Mardi Gras!!

Excellent experience Our stay at the Royal Sonesta was wonderful. Very nice amd clean hotel. Smack dab in the middle of the action. Wilbert was an excellent help. This man knows the hotel like his own house. Helped us greatly. Ms April at the front desk was kind and friendly and helped us with a room change with a smile on her face. Definitely a good hotel to stay in if visiting New orlance.

5 Star Service at an Iconic French Quarter Hotel My wife and I host the annual North American Bourbon and Whiskey Competition. We typically come to New Orleans during the Tales of The Cocktail Festival and host a VIP tasting of the top winners. This year, we decided to try the Royal Sonesta Hotel. It is located in the center of the French Quarter on Bourbon Street. Our balcony King room was terrific. We could walk from our balcony on the fourth floor down the stairs to the pool and pool bar. We shipped 4 boxes to the hotel for our tasting event. They were supposed to be delivered three days before the actual. The tech disaster with Crowd Strike affected and slowed down Fed Ex. When I tracked the boxes, Fed Ex indicated they would be delivered on Monday, July 22nd, at 10:30 am. This was good since our event would start at 5:00 pm, two blocks around the block at Antoine's restaurant. At 11:00 a.m., none of the boxes were delivered, and the front desk and bell staff started searching the loading dock. During that afternoon, we kept checking every fifteen minutes, calling FedEx, and trying to get messages to the driver who had our boxes on his truck. At 3:30 pm, we had to leave for our venue and start setting up for the event. Wilbert and the Bell staff promised they would bring our boxes to the event venue as soon as they were delivered. Luckily, we hand-delivered several bottles of top-scored Bourbon and were able to start letting our guests sample the appetizers provided by Antoine's chefs. At 5:50 p.m., I received a call from the Bell Desk informing me that the boxes had been delivered and that they would be rolled over from the hotel to our meeting room at Antoine's. This team went above and beyond their duties to ensure that guests (us) received top-notch (5-star) service. We look forward to returning next year!
