No maid service, pool out of service and expensive parking We have stayed with Sheraton many times. I love their hotel. The problem I have with this one in particuliar. There is no parking. You will be charged $50 a night for parking. We didn't find that out until we checked in. Also the pool was closed down. That would have been a deal breaker, It was my birthday we bought new swimsuits to relax and enjoy the pool. We haven't had a vacation since the pandemic. We were very dissapointed. I called the front desk when I seen the sign in front of the pool entrance. The lady at the front desk said she had a list of other hotel pools we could use for $20 each WHAT! There were four of us so $80. I'm already paying for that amenity at this hotel which I did not get. Now you want me to pay twice. You will notice bags of trash in the halways because their is no maid service unless you request it, keep that in mind. Very dissapointed

room clean. staff helpful with check in and local attractions. covid protocol in place. Good experience. Pleasant staff. Room comfortable. Daily housekeeping. Attractive lounge but limited beverages. Easy check-in and checkout. Bourbon Street in walking distance. Many shops close by. Close to Harrah's casino.

Save the hassle and stay elsewhere If you are thinking of staying here on business, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. I'm still dealing with a billing issue with them a month later. I've gotten promises and lip service from local management as well as corporate. Unfortunately, no one seems to be able to follow through on what should be a simple billing correction. If I had to have this level of interaction with each hotel I stay at for business travel, I would never get anything else done. Save yourself the time and aggravation and stay across the street at the JW Marriott.

Couples mini vacation Ok we thought the Sheraton would be nice or so by the reviews. It is located in a good spot but do not be deceived by the lobby or ballrooms. THE ROOM WE STAYED IN AND FLOOR WE STAYED ON WAS HORRIBLE. The Pool was out of service too. First we waited 30mins to check in. Than the floor in room was so dirty and with other people's hair. The towels turn and old. The ceiling is cracking and paint peeling it was horrible. The sheets on bed dirty and the bed skirt filthy. There a whole in wall right by our door before entering. The icemaker on our floor not working. The smell in our room musky and smelled like cigarettes. I definitely don't recommend this hotel. This has had to be one of the dirtiest hotels. And the parking is expensive.

Beautiful views I stayed here in July for a convention. Starting with the check in the women at the registration desk were so helpful and friendly and really took their time. They made sure me and my friends were on the same floor and that our rooms were fairly close. At the present time there is not any room service so they gave us extra bags of towels which was very convenient and also gave us as many bottles of water and other amenities as we wanted. The convention rooms we used were on the fifth floor and they were very nice, the temperature was comfortable and the lighting was great. The location of this hotel is very convenient to many of the activities and main streets in the area. They have limited meals that can be delivered to your room and one morning I did get a breakfast sandwich and that was fine - they charge a five dollar delivery fee.
