Would not go again. I'm unsure how this can be considered a Signature Collection since it was worse than many Motel 6s I've stayed at in the past. The shower ceiling was leaking with mold growing. There was no hot (or warm) water. When I talked to the front desk, they told me the hotel was old. But if you cannot provide basic necessities then you should probably exit the business. They did switch my room to something with hot water, but several others in the hotel were having the same problems. It's beyond time for an update, especially for the price.

Disgusting, poor service The internet and TV did not work. The AC did not work well and was very loud. The treadmill and elliptical would stop randomly. The hotel was noisy with lots of street noise. It also smelled very bad in my room. There was blood in my bathroom. The hotel refused to refund any of my money.

Good option Nice hotel, in a safe area, 5 blocks from the French Quarter. Room was clean and comfortable although beginning to show its age. Our room door sounded like something from the Adam's family. Front door did not close completely. Parking was a challenge with little helpful info from the desk clerk who urged us to use their valet service at $50/night. No breakfast nor were there coupons for the adjoining cafe.

Damp and dingy Upon first arrival it seemed pretty nice. The front could use some TlC, the front door slammed shut behind us. Staff very polite and friendly . Problems: room had no working phone, a constant dripping pipe in ceiling hung over the tub, no hairdryer, carpet was filthy, room was damp. Sorry to write a poor review but had to do it.

Holes in the hallway ceiling, leaking toilet, had to use toilet in friends. There were no other rooms available after checking I charged 6 rooms to my American Express card on May 24, for 12 of my friends, two to a room at $572.14 dollars a room, for the Philadelphia vs. Saints football game on September 22nd. I stayed at this hotel 7 years ago. Because of the price , the location ,away from Bourbon Street nosie, and walking distance to the Caesar Stadium. Well, what a surprise I got after all my friends started calling me and asking me, " Sam, what kind of dump did I booked " I met several of my friends who informed me that they are checking out. Another one of the guests had to use the bathroom in another guest room because his toilet wouldn't fill up. It was cut off because it was leaking ( see photo). Large holes in the ceiling in the hallway outside of 3 guest's rooms, with a running humidifier in the hallway. (See photos). Another couple had 3 humidifiers running in their room and as they opened their room door. My room, there was a previous leak, and the paint was peeling off the bathroom wall. (See photos) A broken tub handle, I was unable to turn the cold water on, so our showers were in and out. Towels and washcloths were old and full of holes old (DO NOT CHECK IN THIS PLACE. It's a dump I was reliving 10 years ago. After making my complaints, I was told they were sold out because of the game. Also, for me to write Booking.com for any refunds, and there's nothing they can do.The old say time awaits for know one, I guess that goes for property too.
