Family Tradition Over decades of visits to New Orleans, the Windsor Court has become our favorite, must stay at accommodation. Every member of the wonderful, considerate staff of many long-time employees, ensure the most luxurious treatment from the moment you book your reservations until the moment you sadly depart. All are wonderful; but, notably Housekeeping (Brittany?), Room Service, Rosslyn, Blake, and Maci made our Birthday Celebration extra special and worry free! The spacious, traditionally decorated suites and amenities are well maintained. Recharge and restfully savor luscious bedding insulated from the vibrant city below! Lastly, we love the offerings at the Polo Lounge, and Sunday Jazz Brunch at the Grill is now our family tradition!

Our Favorite NOLA hotel This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel within 5 months. We won't stay anywhere else because of the extraordinary customer service. Our room was impeccably clean and fresh. We had access to the Club level and the food is plentiful and delicious. Many thanks to Darlene and Allison for making us feel at home and for their kindness and excellent service. The proximity of this hotel to the French Quarter makes even better. We feel very safe at this hotel. If you have the opportunity to stay at this hotel take advantage of it. We will be back in December.

Outstanding service! We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. First, we met Ramon who helped us check into our room. He provided us with an upgrade and gave us all the important details about the hotel. Terrance who works in concierge went above and beyond to make our visit special. He booked restaurants, gave us maps, and helped our visit in New Orleans be very memorable. Overall, I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family! Outstanding customer service.

Should be 5-star hotel First this is the BEST hotel in NOLA. Why because it’s really the entire staff that makes this a wonderful stay from the front desk/concierge to the engineers it’s all about service. Food is amazing and the best chicken tenders at pool bar EVER. Stay here you will not regret it at all. Fri-Sun is high tea with various themes. Wish we could have experienced it. We held our conference here and a coworker & I stayed a few extra days incl an unexpected day due to worldwide IT outage. They were gracious in accommodating us. Simone & Woody the bartenders in the Polo Lounge were fantastic. Beds are so comfortable and the place was spotless and roomy. I would never stay anywhere else but Windsor. Just a slice of heaven away from home.

Great gem of a hotel This place really does have it all. Before arriving I read so many reviews indicating travelers will exclusively stay at the Windsor Court when in NOLA and now I see why. Torrence, the Concierge went above and beyond to ensure my daughters could attend the Saturday Tea. The bellmen, front desk associates and everyone we encountered were wonderful. Our suite was beautiful and well cleaned daily, including the nightly turn-down service. The salt water pool was fun for kids and adults alike. If I had to share a "negative" to provide a balanced review the only thing I could say was the shower was a little "wonky" at times, hard to get the water hot, would drip after turning off, and the last night made a weird noise for a while. However, with an older property some of this is to be expected.
