Father's Day trip Went to NOLA for weekend get away with family. Hotel was in a great location, plenty of construction happening along the area, but did not effect stay, great walking distance from Canal and Bourbon St. Had an early check-in and the stay was great

The Temple of Gloom The most depressing room Ive ever stayed in. No natural light in the king rooms, so lights always needed to being; and no way to know what time of day it was without looking at the clock. Rock-hard pillows made it difficult to sleep.

Disappointed !!!!!! OVER PRICED!!!!! Room was dreary and VERY out dated!!! We were VERY disappointed in our stay. No lobby coffee/no lobby water/no nothing!!! In room safe and clock did not work. Four phone calls and almost 2 days later they finally fixed the safe. Clock remained broken!! Had to go to the front desk daily for additional towels. We selected Wyndham based on our past enjoyable stays at their resorts in Florida..... Wyndham Corporate should really revisit this property which puts a stain on their brand!!!

Poor service and hotel Never will stay here again. You have to "request" your room to be cleaned which we weren't told at check-in. When I did request, room was never cleaned for 4 days. We had to go get our own clean towels and then toilet paper from the front desk. Should have been delivered to our room as a courtesy for their mistake. No view. Our view when we opened the curtain to see the outside was a wall! Only restaurant is Indian food. Guest services lady was rude, talked over me and made assumptions of things we were told. Steer clear.

Cockroach in the hotel Our stay was really disapointing. First, there was a lot a noise during the night (people partying), then we didn't have any hot water during 24h. Lastly, we found some cockroaches in the hotel.
