NEVER AGAIN!!!! At first i was excited to stay at this hotel. The pictures were actually nicer than the actual room itself. The room was clean and spacious but i had requested something near the elevator and oh well that was not met. The hotel is pet friendly and i had no idea of this and we were placed in a room with a barking dog next door. We asked to be moved and they placed us on same floor further from the elevator it was ridiculous and the hotel needs major renovation. The parking is absolutely HORRIFIC. If you are charging the prices you are charging for the stay (which are really high) the least you can do is accomodate your guests with free parking. They charge 20 per night for parking. They do not tell you this on their website and that is an absolute rip off to me. I will never stay there again nor do i recommend it to anyone else either. The Radisson in New Rochelle is much better in every sense of the word. GO THERE INSTEAD!!!!!

I didn't want to leave I want to thank Kelly Agama and Joey for an amazing stay at the renovated Marriott Residence Inn in New Rochelle. They are my new family in New York. I was greeted with kindness and consideration from the moment I arrived. They both went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. The hotel well designed and the kitchens are big. The room layout is perfect for a vacation or business trip. The location is perfect for people who want to stay near New York without New York prices and crowding. There are plenty of places to eat and several good massage and nail places. I would recommend this place to everyone. Ask for Kelly. She will take great care of you. The Metro North is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I will be back! Thank you again!

Staff is amazing, but hotel requires major updating Stayed at this location for business travel. The location is actually great and very convenient for walking to eateries. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They really went above and beyond. The problems- The door to my room was as snug as you would expect a hotel room door to be. There was a pretty large gap with the door “closed”. My room was very dated and sketchy looking. I had a used bottle of dish soap and an opened sponge in my room at check in. The carpet had suspicious stains on it (I had to buy slippers to walk on the floors because I was freaked out) and the couch had a huge stain on it (room was huge with a separate living room, desk, kitchen table, but i only sat on my bed with the sheets pulled back the entire time stay) The kitchen floor was held together with worn duct tape and the little “speaker”? in the room was covered in dust. The bathroom vanity was very dated along with all of the other furniture in the place. When I walked down the hall, someone was clearly smoking in their room and it got so bad that I had to call the operator to address the issue (which they did immediately). The air conditioner is LOUD and didn’t allow for a good nights sleep. You couldn’t hear the TV over it and the walls are paper thin so I didn’t want to disturb my neighbor by turning it up. The beds are not comfortable at all...so with the noise and the hardness of the bed, I didn’t sleep for the 3 nights I was there unfortunately. Free breakfast was ok...basic scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, self made waffles, oatmeal, cold cereals, fruit, yogurt, dispenser juices, and coffee. The rooms are big, service is fantastic, and the location is perfect....just gotta work on the rooms! I wouldn’t stay here again.

Would not stay here, even if homeless This hotel was advertised as recently renovated. Whoever wrote that obviously needs to be educated about what “renovation” means. My room looks like a crack house from the 80’s. I complained to corporate headquarters and hopefully they will reassess this property. Dirty fingerprints everywhere, hair on bathroom radiator, generally filthy. Makes me grateful that I will leave tomorrow.

Nice room, but not a restful spot We stayed here just one night while moving apartments and while the room was nice, the area was so loud and the building itself was not quiet. The toilet flushed as if it was going to suck down the curtains with it and made so much noise. It was a tankless toilet and these tend to be louder, not ideal. I could also hear noise from pipes in the walls all night and just didn’t get a good nights rest. Bed was cozy. Parking onsite was $20, but discounted for Marriott Members. Staff was friendly.
