Location and service The location was truly exceptional, thanks to both the prime location and the incredible staff service. The setting itself was ideal, making it convenient for our needs and allowing us to fully enjoy our time there. However, what really stood out to us was the high level of professionalism and kindness demonstrated by the staff throughout our stay. In particular, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Jay, who was nothing short of outstanding.

Great guest house experience Rented the guest house for the night and had a small event with friends. The space was awesome and the dream hotel team was great, friendly and so helpful! Including Paul, Anthony, Jeannette, Jason from PhD, and many others. Thanks and hopefully back soon!

Stay away At the rate of $650 this hotel is a major disappointment. One tiny bar of soap..no body wash, shampoo or conditioner. No clock in room. The lobby bar at 6 pm had music blaring so no conversation was possible. Room size is smaller than a cruise ship cabin.

Excellent Love this hotel. I feel always taken care of. Rooms are clean and very cool. Staff friendly. LOVE the location, always go to Chelsea Market AND Starbucks Reserve. Never wait too long for Uber. Love the breakfast. I recommend highly this hotel!
