Came to stay and would do it again. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff were exceptional. Stanley was amazing. The others were great too. We were lucky to have a room off the street side and slept very well. But to be honest, The only “glitch”. Was the water control for a shower wasnt the best But I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all who work there.

Expensive and Average Downtown Brooklyn is not a place I ever want to spend a ton of time in but this was the recommended hotel for a wedding I was attending this past weekend. The hotel itself is fine - nothing crazy nice or mindblowing and very much feels like a cramped New York apartment building that has had minimal work done to make it into a "luxury" hotel. The bedside lights were basically useless, water took a long time to heat up for showers, AC auto reset every time we left the room and the beds were not especially comfortable. I also have yet to receive an itemized receipt despite having three pending charges on my credit card.

Perfect location for just about anything in Brooklyn Just returned from NYC after visiting friends and watching the Yankees play. Stayed in Brooklyn to be near to friends and really enjoyed our stay at the Nu Hotel. Clean, comfortable and well located. Staff was all courteous, friendly and professional. WiFi worked well. Despite being crowded, there wasn't chaos in the lobby. Will stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Just dreadful. The front desk is OK, but bare bones. Everything in this hotel is bare bones; there's no guide on the tv & no ppv channels, they don't even have HBO. I had to guess that you reach the front desk by pressing "0." You get charged a "resort fee," & there's nothing resort-like here AT ALL. The rooms look like a dorm, rather than a hotel, much less a "boutique " hotel. I feel absolutely duped. If you're thinking of having a nice, somewhat lux experience, don't come here. The Best Westerns are more lux than this hotel.

Cute and great little hotel! Traveled for my birthday with husband and our 2 daughters. Great and cute little hotel! Great location, very clean but rooms a bit too small. Steandly was amazing and is definitely the reason we would go back! His professional and exceptional service made our visit worth wild….I wish everyone’s work ethic was like his. Thank you again Streandly for the great service and the baked cookies always served at the reception: our daughters were ecstatic! See you soon! ___
