Kodie and Ace - Perfect Together! I have always loved Ace Hotel and stayed at this line of hotels for years. Throughout this time I have never really had an issue that needed to be worked through with any hotel team members. That changed this weekend and it was quickly remedied by Kodie from the front desk team. My issue was not only remedied but she went above and beyond. It showed me how human and kind she was. This is now why I will continue to stay at Ace Hotel - they not only have great accommodations, restaurants, and locations in different cities but also amazing team members who really want to help you out. That is so hard to find! Thank you, Kodie and Ace - you rule.

Amazing Spot!!! I recently stayed at Ace Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, and the decor perfectly blended modern and vintage styles, creating a unique and inviting ambiance. A special shoutout to David at– he went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! From recommending the best local spots to ensuring we had everything we needed, his hospitality was unparalleled. David's warm and welcoming attitude truly made us feel at home. The rooms were immaculate and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and stylish stay to us! Will definitely be back!!

Freddy made the stay! Our stay at Ace Hotel was incredible, thanks to Freddy's exceptional hospitality. All the staff at the hotel were amazing, but Freddy truly went above and beyond, from an early check in, to great customer service, he is the reason why I would return to the Ace! Highly recommended.

Freddy the GOAT The Ace has always been a good hotel but on my last visit one their employees Freddy made it truly great. First after taking a red eye he found myself and two friends rooms early so we could check in early. Second when we were leaving he helped us get service at the coffee bar which we needed! Never had a better experience at a hotel and it’s all thanks for Freddy
