Extremeli dirty - stay away Dirties hotel I have stayed at in a really long while. Pee on toilet seat, sticky stuff on the table and next to the sink, etc. Much better choices close by.

NYC Nice location. Hotel rooms are spacious. Hot water is not working again. Toilet is a little bit old and not flush properly.

Looks okay, everything felt below average The check in process was very quick, however the staff was not friendly at all and just gave me a piece of paper that detailed its amenities (or lack thereof). I uncovered a yellow stain on the comforter in the morning after.

Spacious Room For NYC standards, the room was bigger than most. We didn't have a view and were on a lower floor, but that was okay. The hotel looked modern and nice and the staff were attentive. I had an issue with the smoke alarm and one of the staff at the front desk forwarded my complaint to the manager and he was very apologetic. I appreciated his concern regarding my complaint. Overall, Excellent stay!

Terrible service and no AC at gym. Terrible service with no workable gym. Big disappointment with the overall experience and would not be staying here again.
