The air condition got off in the middle of the night and never worked The air condition got off in the middle of the night and never worked. They sent me a fan which was also broken after my complaint and when I reported back to Expedia, they said that I never complained about the fault the whole night I slept, keeping the door open, but the whole staff denied helping me There is no one available to fix the fault

World Center Hotel The staff is always welcoming, location is fantastic , hotel rooms are clean , bright , quiet and spacious. Front desk is always available and a pleasure to deal with .

A weekend @ 1 World Trade Great location - would stay again. Staff was gracious and welcoming. I have already recommend this hotel to others.

:( We stayed here before and do loved the view that we booked again - solely for the 20th floor deck view of the world trade center memorial pools that we love. Sadly, that floor is closed and we have no view. Would never have booked had we known. So disappointed.

Short but sweet! Our trip was quick, but we managed to cover a lot of ground. The hotel staff was quite helpful in making suggestions for surrounding areas of food locations. Customer service was great and professional.
