Magical An incredibly gracious host, Mikey, who deserves all his flowers. I've never stayed in a hotel room so luxurious and was so sad to say goodbye to it. If you ever decide to make your stay here, do not take it for granted, even the bathrobes are their own paradise.

This hotel was a dream! I had the best hotel experience I've ever had at the Conrad! Me and my family were so well taken care of by the staff. It was hard to leave the hotel to explore NYC because it was that nice, cozy and pristine! Special shoutout to Michael who helped me and my brother with anything and everything we needed.

Very mediocre This hotel is a corporate hotel and is fine for 1-2 nights. The rooms are nice, showers are good but the hotel lacks a bit of soul. Additionally, we were woken up,at 2 am by very loud conversations in the room next to us. Restaurant at hotel is ok, Room service… I called , they asked if they could call me back and then told me my breakfast order (simple) would take an hour to deliver. Doesn’t feel like 5 star service.

Slightly Missed The Mark Let's start with the Pro's. Kenny at the Front Desk is the absolute epitome of Customer Service. He is the face of Conrad and within 30 seconds was able to establish rapport as though we had known each other for years. The next day I passed by to ask a question and he remembered my name...incredible level of service. I had also asked for an upgrade and got it upon arrival! The corner suite was spacious and well appointed, however there were small nagging issues. I had booked for four but the room was set up for two. Missing bathrobes, slippers etc. Additionally, the shower door was out of adjustment and would not stay closed meaning that if you were not careful you might flood the bathroom floor, which happened with my daughter. The most disappointing aspect of my trip was having made three trips to the Concierge to arrange a limo to JFK and despite waiting twenty minutes the last time I never did see him. He did reach out to me but I ended up booking my own limo. While nothing major I was just left a little bit disappointed by my stay. I expected more from such a well known and prestigious property.
