Overpriced Overpriced inflexible hotel. Booked the hotel for £109 the day before my stay (so I thought). Booking.com reservation didn’t go through unfortunately which admittedly I should have checked. Called the hotel when an hour away and they said not to worry we can book it for you now for £209!! I explained that it was 109 when I tried to book but they wouldn’t budge. Greedy. I booked the park plaza for £80 and it was lovely

Fantastic staff I’ve been at the hotel for 3 months now and the staff are fantastic. Shaun especially, he has been the most welcoming member of the hotel, he has a great bedside manner and customer service skills, he has made me feel so welcomed on this stay and has really looked after myself and many other customers here. Shauna one of the cleaners also a fantastic lady, she is exactly like Shaun very welcoming very giving and doesn’t beat around the bush and gets everything done there and then. Will highly recommend the hotel and it’s staff.

Awful customer service No date for reopening, no communication, no honesty and no service. The absolute minimum Hilton could do is guarantee guests a room at a nearby hotel if this hotel is not open and a booking has been made. It is not too much to ask that people who have rooms booked are guaranteed a bed for the night even if it has to be at another Hilton within walking distance instead of leaving people out in the cold. Very very very poor from Hilton as a company.

NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL I had booked a 9 day stay over Thanksgiving over 5 months ago. Two weeks ago I received an email that my stay had to be cancelled because the hotel was closed. I was not offered an alternative. No acceptable suggestions came from either the Hilton-Honors hotline or the hotel other than warm words and the suggestion of a booking at three times the price of the original booking. A hotel chain with 50 properties in Manhattan is not able to accommodate its guests alternatively. A shame for the hotel and Hilton. I should have read the reviews about the hotel before booking. Then I would have been saved a lot of trouble.
