Tiny overpriced room but clean It's clear the staff and facilities work hard to keep this place spotless, it is very clean. The rooms are so tiny, it's smaller than a college dorm and they put two people into a room with a full bed. The room was clean and the bed was dreamy soft but we could hear people walking down the hallway all night bc the bed is right next to the door. Decent window size, which helped but it was too small for two people. Just fine for one person but they charge a resort fee, and it's too much for the size of the room. The main entrance is beautiful, but the hallways on the 11th floor need new rugs or to be vacuumed more frequently. To get drinking water you need to go down to ask for water bottles. Bathrooms were recently remodeled, look great. If you don't mind saying to your partner, "okay you go this way and I'll go that way" then you'll be fine. They work hard to make up for their short-comings.

Staff was wonderful This Midtown location is located in a wonderful spot. The Mexican restaurant next door was great, half block from a Gastro’s food market. Accessible to Times Square and Central Park or Bryant Park, all walkable distances. Very clean. Rooms are very small but with three people it was a little claustrophobic. There was not a shower door, just a half glass section which was slightly dangerous. The room was very humid but we had air and clean towels/sheets daily. Housekeeping was very nice and accommodating with later room cleans. Water was offered all day and the staff was nice. The rooftop was not accessible unless you wanted to stand in line and the basement bar and playroom was by appointment only, even for hotel guests. Overall, we would stay again.

Great location, clean and friendly A few black blocks from main attractions, Times Square, Central Park, and the Theatre District. The room was spacious, wish they had a tub but still great room for the price and location.

Stay The hotel was not up to my standards. Things weren’t working then the extra fee that I didn’t have to pay for at another hotel, and that one was in a better area. It wasn’t worth the money!

Excellent location, Walking distance to my attractions, like shows, theater, restaurants, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Time Walking distance to iconic attractions. rooms are big and clean. I love their huge bathroom. Courteous and hospitable front desk. Top-notch nightlife and fine dining options nearby. Excellent support crew and helpful staff always greet with smiles, to name a few, Imelda, Denzel, and Paolina
