Great Customer Service/Hospitality We were grateful to be able to come across the staff at this hotel. They extremely friendly and welcoming in a way that’s truly down to earth and real, an attribute I wouldn’t normally use for staff at other hotels I’ve visited. Golden and Chris H. we’re very helpful and provided us what we needed for our stay in Manhattan.

Friendly, Clean and Convenient I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is superb - walkable to all of mid to lower Manhattan, easy to find, and with relatively quiet street noise at night. The room was larger than expected, and the bed/pillows was remarkably good for the price-point. Front desk was friendly and efficient, and had free water bottles on offer. The clerk was also more than helpful in storing my suitcase on my last day and retrieving it quickly on request. The associated restaurant had a nice outdoor bar with good Happy Hour specials. Bartender Jora (name I may have wrong, but she was a beautiful young Albanian woman)) poured a mean gin & tonic and was super friendly and storied. This place is a gem. My only complaints - stingy on the thin bath towels, no individual toiletries, and miniscule bar of subpar soap took away from the otherwise pleasant showering experience. I suggest that Marriott step in with better products!

Comfy rooms and great service ! This review is a little late, but I had spent a night at this location a couple weeks ago and was warmly welcomed and taken cared of. Especially Golden, he was the only person working at the reception when I arrived a little after midnight and he kindly helped me out in getting me a room that was spacious and also had good recommendations on where to eat. He also granted me a late checkout as I had arrived so late. Overall the rooms were very comfy, the staff was generous and very kind and I would definitely come back again when Im in the city.

Atrocious Service, Shady Ick, I hate writing bad reviews...I don't even know what to say but that staying here was such a horrible experience. There's seedy people that come in and out of this hotel. I was already creeped out by this, but then the lady working the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful..I don't think I've ever personally gotten such terrible service by hotel staff before. This saddens me. She also didn't bother wearing her mask, and this is when cases were still high and not many people were vaccinated, yet.

Awesome Service, Good Location 4 Vegans It's not often I would be able to find a good spot to stay in NYC which has ample food options for Vegans. Those who are vegans would know what I mean. Restaurants in the area are really convenient. From a quick morning breakfast across the street to something more elegant, You'll find it close by. That and whole foods. The service... well GOLDEN is the name of a receptionist who really made my trip smooth. I came with an injured leg for a last-minute booking. My Airbnb wasn't suitable. Although I booked this place by mistake I will DEFINITELY be back again. I came during covid restrictions. Because of stripped-down amenities in all hotels at the time guests really were left with the quality of the rooms and staff interactions. Based on my experience one wouldn't miss much between this property and a Westin or W in midtown. Only maybe a bit of peace and quiet. The streets did not load at night. It's located in more of a commercial area. Trust me, you'd be happy you stayed. Golden, thank you thank you thank you again for all that you did to make my stay comforable. **ELLIS**
