Great location, poor condition Location is excellent. Air conditioning didn’t work well the whole trip, so beds felt damp from the humidity. We wound up sleeping on top of the sheets in an attempt to stay cool (it didn’t work). We had water running down the bathroom wall from the room above, creating a puddle on our bathroom floor. That said, the location and lack of road noise would make this 9/10 if they fixed the a/c and water leak.

Bad Hotel No room service available should have told us prior when we booked the hotel booked it over the phone so they could have told us no breakfast no room service. A/C wasn’t working…. Carpet was very dirty

Disappointing stay As I do with all our hotel stays, I do a black light cleanliness check to ensure Hilton’s “cleanliness guarantee”. Not so in this case. Room number one was not as clean as we expected plus the air conditioning was malfunctioning. I will admit that the staff was very proactive in addressing the AC issue. When we were moved to room #2, it was cleaner but not what we expected from a cleanliness guarantee. Again the staff was very proactive with changing out the comforter. In addition, when my wife was showering the shower shelf fell off and hit her in the foot. Overall not one of our better stays

Horrible experience. Very dirty rooms The room was EXTREMELY DIRTY!!! I feel like I got sick from the uncleared dusty rusted air vent. The mirrors in both of the rooms that I had ere filthy, there was a large stain on the bed sheets and the bathroom door had dirt drip marks. I will attach photos if I can. There was close to no amenities and the smell of the room and hotel reeked of mold. Definitely does not look how it does online. The view that is at vertices is that the view of the city that you will get. I was terrified walking back to this hotel at night. The strip is lined with bums and crazy crack heads ready to chase you, snatch your kids, or try and sell you dirty drugs. I won’t be coming back here.

Poor Service On April 23, 2021, I reserved this hotel for the dates of November 20-25, 2021 for a family vacation. I received an email on June 2, 2021 from hotel management notifying me that they had to cancel my reservation to accommodate a "government group" with the city of New York. This is very pathetic, insulting and disrespectful, but they don't care.
