You may want to visit another hotel if you want a quiet nights sleep. I won't be back to this Hilton Garden. Our trip did not get off to a great start as we checked in around 8pm and were told that the hotel's computers were down because of the global Microsoft glitch. It took about 15 minutes to finally complete the handwritten paperwork, and to have the keys made for the room. Okay, wasn't their fault plus the lobby was full of people waiting to check in. We got to our room and found crumbs between the mattress and wooden foundation and long dark hair in the bathroom shower, along with a very noisy air conditioner. The room was dated and the door or door jamb was warped since it had to be physically forced open. We could hear people talking, laughing, coughing, and also heard their alarm going off in the morning, even over the noise our air conditioner was making. The noise between rooms was terrible, it felt like we were in the same room. I won't be staying at this hotel again when I am back in Staten Island. As a Hilton Honors member, I am disappointed with the level of cleanliness.

The best hotel in New York City Everything was wonderful. Customer service was on point and I will definitely return. The best part for me is you don’t have to pay for parking. Parking can be so expensive in New York City. The rooms are luxurious, and the beds are so comfortable.

Dirty This was the worst hotel. The first room that they put us in was filthy. They then switched our room again and it reeked of smoke. We told them at the front desk and they just said ok. It is extremely disappointing that they let this hotel go like this. We will definitely not be staying here again.

Eh… Multiple things wrong. It is a big wedding place so probably some drunk guest pulled the alarm at 3 AM which was annoying. TV remote could not be fixed after 4 tries and no communication between the staff. Also Hilton got hacked and check in was a disaster. Complained to Hilton and got a threatening voicemail saying don’t even bother bringing it up to corporate it’s not their fault and they won’t do anything. It was such a horrible restless night. Not what we needed after a redeye flight. Seems like many guests complained about the noise. Unless you are part of the wedding and need a place to stay after this is not a place I would go to.

Noisy Will never stay here again. They have both a club and a venue for weddings, etc and the music and base reverberate throughout the hotel. Music was going well past midnight both Friday and Saturday night. Had to take a downgrade on our room for Sunday night so that we could get to bed at a reasonable hour for our drive on Monday morning. Was told by the lobby staff that there are NO quiet hours for this establishment. Unless you are staying here for a party, I would caution you to stay elsewhere.
