The staff makes Homewood Suites in NYC The hotel was good, but the people running the place were better. From the reception to the breakfast service. Jorge and the rest of the breakfast crew were so nice and kind. The tea time soup and cookies were so thoughtful and yummy. So thank you for a good place for us to rest.

TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE We were fortunate to meet with Michalyn, who represented Hilton promotions. She was friendly, cheerful and very respectful of our time. It was such a pleasure talking with her and she did an excellent job describing and explaining the promotions with humor and without excessive pressure. Made our visit that much better. The hotel is well run and very clean. All of the staff have been polite and pleasant.

Well Located Hotel This hotel is centrally located in Manhattan. The room was very comfortable; they offer all the basic necessary, TV, Kitchen, etc. They have breakfast Buffet and the service was excellent. They have good WiFi signal. I recommend this place.

Good location near Times Square Really nice location near Times Square. Friendly service and decent room for NYC. Had a great roof top terrace with a nice seating area and view.. beds are mediocre with flat pillows l. In the garment district. Lots of construction nearby which was loud

Convenient location and clean hotel! Great stay! Housekeeping did a great job, air conditioning in the room worked well, and we never had to wait long for an elevator. Water pressure in the shower isn’t great, so it may take longer than usual for you to get yourself clean, but otherwise no complaints. Val at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful! The Wednesday evening reception was a bonus as well!
