Felt treated like a valued guest. The rooms in the hotel are small with few amenities, but it was super clean and had a very nice marble bathroom. The staff was beyond helpful and accomodating. Although I have stayed in much fancier hotels, I never felt as welcome as I did here.

Great Experience. Great location. Clean. Comfortable bed. HOT WATER. Rooms are small but comfortable. The desk personnel, in specific, Carlos was so nice, funny, very welcoming and polite. My best friend and I stayed for 2 nights. It was extremely hot out and the housekeeping employees were giving us water bottles every day. Everyone was so nice and it made our vacations better. I would definitely stay again.

Everything you need Hotel worked just fine for me. Room was small, but had a very comfortable bed, good AC, dark and quiet. Small bathroom has everything. Maid service was good. If you just need a place for a good night's sleep and don't care about a bar/restaurant, gym etc. this is the place.

Bugs People - Kind, at least the gentleman that i checked in with and the young woman who helped me. Accommodation - came in on June 1st and just went straight to sleep. Woke up to dead bugs and still a alive bed bugs in my bed. I went to the desk and the young woman in there and showed her the few photos i had taken and she was very quick to move me to another room. After that, my stay was better, outside of inconsiderate guests.

A compact yet comfortable stay. An ideally located hotel right in the centre of the city. This small yet comfortable stay was the perfect base for exploring the Big Apple for a week. Pros- location, clean, friendly staff Cons- small, noisy location While the location was very central, the noise reflected this. However, the bed was comfortable leading to several good nights of sleep.
