For those who want a beautiful, warm and clean hotel with a top notch staff We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. We love the roof deck and the lobby which is warm and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful and professional. We will be back in the future.

Hotel goes above and beyond! Fantastic hotel. Rooms are large and quiet. Everyone from the front desk to breakfast attendant to bellman to housekeeping are the hardest workers and aim to please. The breakfast was great and never had to wait for an elevator. I will always stay here!

Lovely hotel! My husband and I stayed here while in town for a concert. Hotel was nice and conveniently located to Irving Plaza. The pillows were pretty good too, which is always a pleasant surprise since hotel pillows are usually terrible. :P The breakfast options were pretty good too. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area!

I’m a “Giraffer”! So there! I love this place! I felt like a celebrity because they help you feel special and welcomed. So very helpful, always a fun talk with the people at the desk and at the door! I picked the hotel just because it had a cool name, and I’m glad I did. We will absolutely stay there again!

Home Away From Home Hotel Giraffe is my 'go to" place when I go to NYC several times a year. I will occasionally try another place, but find myself back at Giraffe. Besides enjoying the rooms, I have always found the staff to be highly professional and very helpful. On my last trip, Christian was a stand-out employee. I look forward to seeing him next time.
