Terrible management!!! The management is terrible. We were told we had to leave half-way through a week-long stay due to “damage to the room”. Turns out that it was due to some blood from a sore on my husband’s shoulder. I have been told a refund is forthcoming for the remaining days. We’ll see how long it takes them. The rooms are fairly nice but BEWARE. There are so many better options.

DO NOT BOOK HERE AC FOESNTVWORK This hotels has no great customer service the AC Isn’t working they try to say they are accommodating you and have you wait for 30 minutes just to say that the hotel isn’t able to accommodate you. I am traveling for work and decided to stay near family and they so happen to say that this hotel isn’t able to accommodate you into any room possible and the front desk agent changed his name 2xs upon arrival. And said he was unable to accommodate for this. DO NOT BOOK HERE, THE AC doesn’t WORK NOR DOES THE AGENT HAVE ENGINEER ON SITE TO REPAIR . They take advantage of the guest and claim they cannot accommodate you.

Many reasons never to stayt here again Hotel is in a great location, but other than that I cannot recommend it. The staff seem both badly trained and rude. Didn't want to let me use a different card from the one I reserved with, despite my very cordial requests. Eventually they figured out how to d it, but instead of working with me they repeatedly said it was impossible - when it clearly wasn't even difficult. Refused to give me a paper copy of my receipt. Room was dirty and hotel was loud. Bathroom has a sloping threshold, which is dicey if your feet are wet getting out of the shower. I would not stay here again if it was free.

Bunch of running around due to they mistake smh Room was amazing but not so impressed with the service and management. Came in with a reservation booked through Priceline. Upon arrival they fount my reservation and asked for ID and a card for standard deposit. It’s been a two weeks just happen to look at my statement for that card I was charged $126 for what I’m assuming was the room rate, been trying to get in contact with them to dispute it. And got the run around smh

Disappointing and overpriced for what you get. We booked this because it was convenient to our family. I would not recommend it. The area is a mess, huge construction next door. Dirt, noise . The room: bathroom sliding door has no mechanism to stay closed. No privacy! Heating/cooling inefficient. They advertise robes and complimentary continental breakfast. Not so. Everyday searching for breakfast place. Between the date of booking and our stay, the prices dropped. It was never reflected on the bill. Elevators are dirty. Tried to speak to the manager, but she was never available . All in all, a disaster and a ripoff!
