29th wedding anniversary trip❤️ Absolutely fantastic. Great location, friendly staff, lovely clean rooms and a great rooftop bar. We would definitely recommend this hotel. A special mention must go out to Saul and José. They looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. ___

Small rooms This hotel was the final hotel in an excellent US road trip that 2 couples made. This was the second 'boutique hotel' on the trip and we expected a great finish to the tour. BUT - The room was tiny and left nowhere full us to put our two suitcases, we banged our legs on the legs of the bed (both couples did the same in different rooms). - The bathroom was very petite. - The biggest issue being the aircon unit being below the low bedroom window and pointing directly at the bed (2 foot away). as it was hot we needed the unit on but suffered 'frostbite' during the night so this made sleeping very difficult. In the end we had to put teeshirts over the aircon unit to diver the cold air flow. The hotel did provide water, coffee and tea on the second floor which was good. The local bars and restaurant were also very good.

Would stay again in a heartbeat The most amazing staff from start to finish. No problem with the facilities fee as it's charged in many American places and our provider made us aware, and you get a lovely bottle to take home with you. The rooftop is incredible you can see the Empire up close. Tea and coffee provided in rooms which is a plus. Upon leaving Jose could see me taking a picture of the yellow cab and stepped in to ensure we got a picture of me and my husband. This hotel is so close to many attractions, if we get to go back I will definitely stay here again

Great location and comfortable room Hotel is in a great location in Manhattan. Service was great and everyone helpful. The room is very comfortable and spacious enough. Amenities (Coffee machine) was a lovely touch. Didn’t try the food but the rooftop bar is nice - there are better views but nice to have a night cap before bed. Would 100% book again!

Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms. Had a great 4 nights at this hotel. Staff really friendly at check in etc and at the rooftop bar. The room was really spacious although bathroom a little tight. Spotlessly clean throughout. Thoughtful touches like water bottles and umbrella. The water and coffee/ hot drinks available for free on floor 2 were really appreciated. The location was great and views from roof top bar incredible. The Kixby was excellent all round - sad to leave - hope to return!
