Location, Location, Location, and Hyatt quality meets all expectations! It's all about location. Put a quality Hyatt hotel in the center of NYC's happening center and you have a trip to remember a lifetime. Hyatt, thank you for our marvelous stay. What more is there to say in a review that requires 200 words or more?

Amazing We were a little apprehensive to stay here since we always stay at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square, and we also saw some unsavory reviews. I must say this was the best hotel for our Times Square trip! Absolutely incredible-attentive to detail, and the staff was amazing. This will be our new hotel going forward. Our child is special needs and this hotel was special needs friendly. 10 out of 10.

A great hotel for all Great location. In between Times Sqaure, Bryant Park and Grand Central, plus more. Aside from nice rooms, great showers and some of the best customer service in NYC, they have an amazing roof top bar with stunning views of the Times Square. A very good hotel for anyone, to include families. A mini Walgreen's and Starbucks in located across the street too.

My wife and I love this Hyatt Centric Warm welcome by everyone. The doorman greeted us with smile and the front desk was professional and welcoming. The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants and at Time Square. This is our second time staying here and I will say it is one of our favorite places to stay in NYC.

Clean hotel centrally located The hotel is clean, the location is very central to tourist attractions, and the water pressure is great. Other than that we were very dissapointed with the lack of restaurant for a hotel of this size. Getting something to eat in the surrounding areas in December (other than street junk food) is very difficult as everything is packed, service is poor and prices are ridiculous. It's always nice to have a fall back eatery at the place where you stay to get a good breakfast a quick lunch or a late night dinner. While the hotel does have small convenience shop, it's just not the same. The size of the non-existent lobby is also complicated as it is always packed with people and there are only like 2 chairs to sit down and wait for your party or wait for an uber. We planned this trip to attend a concert and when the headliner cancelled, we tried to cancel our reservation about 45 days before our stay. Hyatt would not let us do that. First time in all my hotel experiences (in all the major chains) all over the world that they would not let me cancel the stay with over a month's head notice. It's not like they are hurting for business anyway as this place was packed to the gills. I found this petty. Overall, I would not return to this Hotel and/or area unless I had to.
