Amie and Didi rock! (Ambassador Lifetime Titanium guest) I’ve been traveling to this hotel for nearly 15 years now and Amie at the front desk continues to be a standout employee who always handles my checkin and arrangements with great customer service and friendliness. Did in the 38th floor club lounge has also been there for years, always smiling, always greeting, always working so darn hard….she makes sure the fridge is stocked with my soy and almond milk and I’ve never missed a day without it. Thank you both and the rest of the staff for so many years.

Nice stay downtown Nice hotel in the fidi area. If you need to be downtown this hotel is clean and in a good location. The rooms are big for New York and clean and seem recently renovated. Check in was fast and easy. Hot water is slow to arrive but good once it go there.

Family Trip to NYC This was a gem! Close to 9/11 memorial and so many other attractions. It’s very clean and our check-in process was very smooth. I loved the shower design as well as the water pressure. The bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Cozy Room, No Complaints Our room was smaller but it was large enough for a bathroom and two queen beds so I'm not upset. Breakfast was (during covid) a paper bag with some fruit, yogurt, and a granola bar. Not much for a hungry man but there is a Dunkin Donuts across the street. It is an easy walk to major landmarks so you won't need a taxi if you are going to Battery Park, the 9-11 Memorial, One World Trade Center, or other things in the area. There are plenty of taxis that drive around so if you need to get to the airport (like I did), just stick your hand out on the curb and a car will see you and pick you up.

Very good room, but some issues Stayed here for the holiday weekend. Had used "Suite Night Upgrades" and got a high corner "Junior Suite" room. It was larger than most rooms, but oddly laid out, but 3 huge windows: 2 facing North (and the One World Trade Center building" and 1 facing West, and the Hudson River and Jersey City. No Platinum Breakfast as Bill's Bar and Burger isn't fully open yet (although Starbucks is) so a lousy 750 points instead, and no Concierge lounge yet, either. They do offer daily housekeeping, which some places don't do, and our room was ready when we arrived at 11AM which was nice. We parked across West Street using Spot Hero for $33/night, a good price in NYC. Room was comfortable, views of Ellis Island and West Street and One World Tower, and a great view of New Jersey fireworks on the Hudson River. Room was nice and dark for sleeping, comfy bed, good HVAC, and quite except when people were in the hallway right outside our door. Good shower, too.
