Loved it Stayed here for 4 nights on my first trip to New York. Could not have asked for a better location or room. The views from our corner room, overlooking Times Square were just amazing and really set the scene for the whole holiday. Staff were very friendly, both at check in and at the hotel bar. Loved the terrace overlooking Times Square and highly recommend it for some romantic cocktails at night, looking at all the lights! The Starbucks underneath the hotel is great for grabbing a drink on the way to explore and was certainly well used during our trip. The hotel is well placed for getting to lots of places and the location is excellent for wandering straight into Times Square and exploring. Would absolutely return to this hotel based on location and service.

Ideal NYC hotel As an Accor cardholder, there’s not a huge deal of choice in NYC - but I certainly wasn’t disappointed with the Novotel Times Square. We had a corner room overlooking Times Square - after an 8hr flight, immigration and drive from JFK, the view is pretty much NYC 101! Check-in was great and very personal, as was service at the hotel bar on each of the few occasions we used it. The outdoor terrace area overlooking Times Square is great to watch the lights and world go by. With a Starbucks and Duane Reade under the hotel, you’re ideally placed to start the day and get on your way exploring the city - or pick up supplies for the fridge on the way back up. Our only slight glitch was a minor housekeeping issue, however this was rectified - and compensated via an espresso machine and dressing gowns. Mistakes happen, and it was put right. We stayed in the hotel for four nights, and would easily return based on location and service.

It’s ok Excellent location you can walk around and my everything is clean, good service. As for food it is not very good. It has an excellent outdoor area but does not atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and the beds.

Novotel NYC - Times Square From the moment we arrived in NYC, I knew it was going to be special! It sure was...everything was just perfect. On arriving at the hotel, we were given our room, we had asked for a high floor with great view and that's what we got, couldn't have asked for more. We asked for a fridge, got that. Asked for a coffee machine, got that! Nothing was too much trouble for this hotel at all. Every single person we spoke to was more than happy to help, so genuine and kind and we were made to feel great. The hotel was lovely and clean. The beds so so comfy!!! Everything about this hotel was and is just perfect. The bar/restaurant for breakfast or snacks also amazing. Food tasted great, so much effort went into everything like how well the smashed avocado was presented!! I celebrated my 30th birthday when I was here and although no one informed the hotel, the lovely housekeeping staff decorated my room with a card and a lovely gift - something to remember NYC by. We still email now which is lovely to keep in touch. Thank you for making it memorable Olivera, it was a really moving gesture!! I can't wait to come back again, never had I enjoyed my stay anywhere so much. I miss the view of Times Square everyday and the view from our room of the Hudson River was equally amazing!!

Suzanne NYC Rooftop bar Went to NYC in January and in March 2020 the first time in January girls trip we went to Novotel rooftop bar and it was amazing cold but one of the highlights of my trip we went just for drinks at night and the view was fantastic so we decided to go back though the day a couple of days later and had food as well we picked a few different things on the menu everything was around $10 we all thought the food was great so good in fact when I went back in March with my husband we went back .
