It's always awesome I have never had a bad experience here. Staff is incredibly kind and accommodating and the rooms are great. Very compact but they maximize their use of the space available and traveling solo for work makes this absolutely perfect. I book exclusively with Pod39 when I travel to NYC for work and can't see myself booking anywhere else.

excellent location and price Excellent location and price. The room is small but has the essentials. They also give you complimentary coffee in the mornings. It's just a few blocks from the central station, which allows you to get anywhere in the city. The beds are comfortable and clean.

Perfect everything was perfect. location, price, cleanliness, very pleasant staff. We came as a couple, the rooms aren't very big but as we were only there to sleep it was very good. and everything is very well optimized for storing your suitcases. The quality of the towels and sheets is very appreciable.

Amazing Staff & Cozy Stay at Pod 39! I had such a great experience at Pod 39 Hotel! The entire front desk team was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay — truly fantastic. I especially want to recognize Feny, Janae, and KJ for making the experience even more enjoyable with their kindness and professionalism. The room was clean and cozy, the location super convenient, and the overall vibe of the hotel was friendly and relaxed. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Hotel with super location Great location, only a few minutes away from Grand Central Terminal and all subway lines. Also very nice neighbourhood with great food spots. The room was small but cozy and very quiet! It was also very clean and the staff was super friendly! Totally recommend!
