Very happy to have chosen Pod51! Very modern looking, very well located, helpfull staff. Atractive price comparing to the hotels nearby. There was a daily cleaning service and the towels were replaced everyday. The room was tiny but perfectly enough for two people. We recommend it very much and will definetly choose Pod51 in our next NY visit.

20/10 would 100% recommend for solo travelers. Cute and comfortable studio. It has everything you need for a solo trip. Couples too but bathroom could be a bit tight. Would appreciate a mini fridge in the room or a microwave accessible in the lobby or near the coffee shop at all times for late snacks.

Spartan and great location Great location and price for my needs and my budget. Walking distance to Broadway theaters and the museums I wanted to visit. There is a great bagel place around the corner. It's spartan, but that is ok because I hardly spent any time in the room.

Front desk Benny saves the day If it weren’t for Benny, at the front desk, our whole trip would have been a nightmare. I made a huge mistake -booking our room for the wrong month! So it took a while at check-in to figure out why our reservation wasn’t showing up. I was getting frustrated and anxious (before discovering it was my mistake) but Benny was calm, cool and super helpful. Once he figured out what happened, he made everything right, got us into a great room, and he did it with poise and grace. That man deserves a raise! Thanks, Benny! We’ll be back.

Good Our first double room was too small, air was humid with an unpleasant smell, air conditioner was so old, dirty and noisy, we could not imagine sleep well in that room. Staff were very kind and help us upgrade to a better room. We appreciated the location, very near subway station.
