Great location, staff, ambiance, vibe Stellar location near the 4, 5, 6 Subway line. Quiet rooms at night with very comfy pillows, just right for a sensitive sleeper. Great way to start the morning by entering one of the less-hectic side streets as you exit the hotel, and there is a beautiful, tiny park across the street with a waterfall and luscious flowers and foliage and a coffee/breakfast kiosk. Very soft meditative music plays in the halls and shared bathroom spaces in the morning, which becomes more animated in the afternoon - all great. Wonderful staff and very clean every time I stay.

Great for the price It was a very tiny room (as to be expected). The staff were great. Everyone was very helpful. I booked the shared bathroom for me and my son, but the manager upgraded us to a private bathroom which was very nice of him. I used the Shared bathroom once and it was pretty messy so I’m glad we had a private bathroom. I would suggest getting a private bathroom especially if you have children with you. I would stay there again. Great for the price! And great location!!

Temporary but pleasant stay I needed emergency work done on my apartment in the Midtown East area so I searched for hotels online and found Pod51. Gave them a try and really enjoyed my stay. Small but efficient room, kept very clean by housekeeping, friendly staff, morning coffee in the lobby. Wi-fi worked great so I could still do my work. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!

He's everyones uncle The balcony was delightful, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. In the elevator, people from around the world engaged in friendly conversation. My favorite person was the man who accompanied us to our room, delivering our luggage and indulging in playful banter. He's everyone's jovial uncle. It was as cozy as could be.

Very happy to have chosen Pod51! Very modern looking, very well located, helpfull staff. Atractive price comparing to the hotels nearby. There was a daily cleaning service and the towels were replaced everyday. The room was tiny but perfectly enough for two people. We recommend it very much and will definetly choose Pod51 in our next NY visit.
