Big thank you to our guide Patrick We really enjoyed this tour! A nice balance of walking and talking. Learnt many interesting facts about history of comics and NY city. Our guide Patrick had a great knowledge and very passionate about superheroes! We really recommend it.

It was ok Stayed in the Row NYC in April and wouldn't return. We were hit by a hefty facilities fee as we entered plus a large deposit which took ages to clear from pending post check-out. The hotel quite nice but also rather weird in some ways, the corridors were very dark and the smell of cannabis was very strong in the corridors. The water bottles and machines were a nice touch. Staff seemed friendly but didn't interact with them much. The security checks when entering the hotel reassured guests. The lobby was quite nice but some of the characters were a little strange at times and the hotels bar/cafe

Excellent location Stayed here for my mothers 60th, location is ideal, good value for money, overall excellent hotel. Rooms are small, but to be expected VS price paid. When you are in the big Apple, you only need a room to sleep in anyway! Overall would recommend for anybody travelling to NYC.

Christmas Vacation from Hell The Row cancelled our reservation that I booked in Augest for our Christmas getaway 2 weeks before our reserved dates. Called and called the Row and received no response. Finally after a day reached someone that said we are being booked at another hotel which when I finally talked to a agent and hotel thought I was all set to find I was booked at a second hotel which we checked into. The next day received a e-mail from the first hotel that I was being charged. Thank you The Row for a Christmas vacation from Hell. Barry and Paula

Never Row NYC again! Had booked a room with 2 beds. At check in we were told that The hotel didn’t have any more rooms with Two beds. We were offered a suite with a Queen size bed and a pullout couch. My girlfriend and I had no choice but to take the room. I slept 5 nights on the pullout couch. Worst 5 nights og my life. No help from the hotel, no discount and no choice of another room. Wrote to the hotel after we came home but still after 6 months I haven’t heard a thing. I have stayed 4 times at Row NYC but I will never return. I can absolutely not recommend this hotel.
