Lovely hotel We were fortunate to stay at the Evelyn hotel for our first visit to New York City. The staff were just amazing and answered every question we had and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The location of the hotel was wonderful for getting around everywhere. Lots of great food options close by. The breakfast that comes with your stay is an added bonus. And we loved the Tusk bar in the hotel who made the most amazing cocktails. Thanks so much to the staff! We will come back!

Quality, Luxe Comfort, the Best Staff! Shout out to Andre! This was my second stay at The Evelyn, I initially chose it because it is perfectly centrally located, but I keep going back because of the elegant comfort and wonderful staff. My boyfriend and I stayed for a long weekend and had the best time. The staff is courteous and kind, quick to help us with whatever we needed—Andre was particularly warm and helpful to us, he just exuded the most professional and wonderful disposition every single day that made us feel like treasured guests! Our room was perfect, the lobby was a gorgeous and comfortable place to have friends meet us before we hopped around the city, the free breakfast was so good (truly outstanding decaf coffee, and thats rare!). My only regret was not having enough time to check out the stunning bar—I really love the decor and aesthetic of the whole place! As a former NYC resident, I know the city well and there are countless hotels to choose from, I’ve stayed uptown, downtown, in SoHo, in Tribeca, you know name it. But there’s something about The Evelyn charm that keeps bringing me back!

My new go-to hotel in NYC Superb hotel. The location is perfect — just steps from Madison Square Park, Broadway, Empire State Building, Flatiron, etc. Beds and linens are so comfortable, rooms are spacious (at least by NYC standards). The gym is small but clean and well-equipped. The bar is great (and don't miss a glass of wine from 5-6!). Excellent, friendly staff. Oh, and it's really quiet! I had a room facing the interior and didn't hear any street noise at all. A colleague of mine visits the city regularly and always, always stays at The Evelyn. I can see why — it's superb, and it's great value. I'll be back whenever I'm in New York.

Highly Recommend We loved every minute of our stay at the Evelyn -- from the stunning aesthetics and thoughtful details all over the hotel to the delicious dessert we enjoyed at their beautiful bar. Our room offered conveniences beyond the usual. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, great location Staying at The Evelyn in NYC was fantastic! The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. The rooms provided all we needed, with comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is close to everything we wanted, as well as the subway system. A special thank-you goes to Tiffany from guest relations for helping to make our stay extra special! I would definitely stay here again.
