Great Hotel in NY Been staying here for over 10’years.. Great location. Friendly staff. Merico and Meliza, in particular, are always very friendly and very accommodating for everything. A few more lights in the rooms, would be helpful as it’s a bit dark. Also coffee makers would be awesome as they are standard in all hotels, but other than that the beds are super comfortable, the room size and room views are awesome! Nice amenities- robe, slippers, chocolates on your pillow for turn down. Patiently waiting for room service to be 100% back up and running with great options.

Fantastic night! We had our wedding anniversary celebration at the Darling Rooftop and it was amazing. Josef and his team went above and beyond to ensure we were well fed, enjoyed brilliant cocktails and just enjoyed the Darling rooftop vibe. The view is spectacular and the venue it's own little piece of heaven.

Great Employee! We visit The Park Lane every couple of months. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful, Soad Torres We had an issue on this visit, and she addressed my concern very promptly and professionally. Her efforts are greatly appreciated! Thank you Soad.

Door men rude arrogant or helpful at all ! Overall this hotel is an amazing location so close to Central Park and other amenities… The door service really let this down for me my company had tipped the door men / bag men before I had arrived and when I arrived not one of them came to the door to help they all stood there looking at me a small women with 3 large bags ! They didn’t even open the door they are to busy laughing and joking among each bother this happened throughout my stay of 4 nights! I also asked on check out could I store my luggage to there reply yes if you look after us how dare your employees think they can treat people in this manner appalling safe to say I did not leave my luggage after these comments !

Incredible Stay Once Again Every visit to Park Lane gets better and better! The views, food & beverage outlets, and service are all excellent. You cannot ask for a better location while doing business in New York City. Morning walks through Central Park are the best way to start the day!
