Marilyn Monroe Experience IF you want to feel like a hollywood star then this is the place for you. Not too pricy, but so luxerious. I recommend this to anyone I know that is going to be going into the city. This hotel was really clean and the staff are friendly.

Great location and very friendly staff Stayed here with my sister and nieces for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, close to Grand Central and walking distance to other cool things. They just reopened after Covid and renovating. The rooms are very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The tiniest issue - no vending machines, which would have been great for soft drinks or bottled water. We'd definitely stay here again.

Staff Was Amazing Was there every step of the way to make my stay easier and more comfortable. The rooms were nice, and I just wish I could have extended my stay by a couple of days. No complaints. Most helpful were the front desk staff.

Comfort My only downside was beds are somewhat hard, no coffee machine or refrigerator in room. And resort fee is for drinks or CRUNCH fitness but restaurant/bar is closed. Resort fee should be waived if all amenities are not operational. No laundry service either. Due to COVID a lot is understandable. Location and cleanliness was amazing.

Excellent staff Had great stay here , clean and lovely staff , quiet due to covid restrictions , left a game in the room And they kindly sent it back to the uk for us. Brilliant position to visit everything and felt safe at all Times , I was concerned we would be in a bad area but it’s not at all .
