Wonderful hotel with amazing staff me and my family stayed here for 4 nights and it was so lovely. The rooms were very clean and cosy, especially the beds. I don’t think i’ve ever slept in such comfy beds all my life so i was very happy with that. The staff were also very friendly and just amazing, especially Racquel who was more than wonderful through out our whole stay by giving us amazing resources that helped our first time in New York truly amazing.

Wow this is an old hotel that needs a major reno!!! I stayed there for 1 night and got my room through Priceline and was supposed to be a 4 star. I can tell you it is no where close to a 4 star maybe a 2 star at best! Why? The place was old, the room was outdated by a few decades! The bathtub has some sort of bath fitter and the whole thing was lifting up. The AC did not work as it was not cool, I stay in the city often and I like staying at the different hotels. Normally I am very happy but this one was a BIG miss or mistake! I would strongly recommend looking for another location before picking this hotel. I will admit that it was overall clean thank god but VERY dated and needs a MAJOR update / renovation project. To management of the hotel it is time to start putting some money back into the property and updating your asset or time to sell, its that simple. I will NOT be staying there in the future!

Avoid it if you can !! Don’t stay here - simples!! We had booked elsewhere via a travel agent but the hotel we had originally was closed for renovations. We were allocated this hotel! Crusty carpets, outdated rooms, noisy, unclean and the checking in staff were uninviting ! Think that about covers it !! Our check out was 12pm and we were leaving for the airport at 3:30pm so we left our bags and went for lunch. Leave yourself about half an hour to collect your bags if you do leave them as they take a while to go find them again. And they won’t store them for you without a tip. There is no toilet facilities on the ground floor, we were given the code to use the toilet at Pret across the road. I’m told they are renovating so maybe we were just very unlucky in the room we were given - on the 5th floor. I know no one is there to spend time in the hotel so we just got on with it, but I certainly would not stay here through choice ! I hate being negative but avoid it if you can!!

Hotel stay in Manhattan The hotel needs to renovate the rooms and get rid of the carpeting. They are redoing the restaurant area so limited breakfast. The hotel price are reasonable considering the great location. Ice and water is hard to come by and you need to go to different floors depending on which one you need .
