Friendly staff Front desk lady Mayerly, Collin(not sure if it is the correct spelling) and other staff were all friendly, assisted us with patience every time when we needed help. One star off because we ordered two king beds room but in one room, the bed is folded up with a couch and table in its place. Not convenient for us to move all the objects and get the bed down so we ended up in a “one bed” situation.

Way overpriced crappy hotel. This is the worst hotel. Do not stay here. We lived here in the residence for a year back in 2018. It has changed drastically since then. The service is unbelievably bad. They are unresponsive to simple needs. We left early in the morning and asked the room to be cleaned. Returned in late afternoon to a dirty room. Their response (offensively) was to offer a $50 discount as if that is what we were looking for. No. We were asking for a simple service that any hotel could manage. The staff is rude and the hotel has not been well kept over the years. The elevators are so dirty that they look like service elevators. We will never stay here ever again.

Home away from home Everything really, I feel at home every time I stay here. What I like most is the staff though, each and every one makes me feel special. Its right by the subway and has a bike dock right in front so super easy to get around. Very very clean overall.

Our second home in New York❤️ This is my fourth time coming to this magnificent hotel. We love everything about it. Location is amazing close to our favourite places. Outstanding customer service. It feels like a second home for us in the heart of New York. Rooms are spacious with magnificent view of the city. The bed is so so comfortable all the rooms we stayed were sparkly clean. The rooftop bar and restaurant is an exciting experience! wonderful ambience, great music, spectacular view and delicious food. There are endless accommodation options for us, but this is the only one. We Choose to come here and again.

Wonderful extended stay I had a wonderful stay at the Marmara; The hotel staff is incredibly friendly, resourceful, and kind. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, and I would strongly recommend staying here if you are considering. Everyone who works here is always welcoming and kind, as well as efficient in providing high quality service.
