Experience of a Lifetime! Came to celebrate my Birthday and my experience at the Plaza was beyond memorable, luxurious and special to say the least! Erica at the Front Desk was beyond accommodating, kind, helpful and definitely made my experience a the Plaza worth while! Highly recommend

New York trip Have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it. The Hi Tea is fantastic and the rooms are first class. The location is across from Central Park and the shopping on 5 th Ave is excellent. It snowed a few times we were there in the past which adds to the atmosphere.

Impeccable service Profirio and Vlad always make our experience exceptional. Afternoon tea in The Plaza’s Palm Court is lovely. Great selection, impeccable service and amazing ambiance. Tea sandwiches and desserts are creative and delicious. Plenty of tourist book this tea, but truly not just a cliche New York experience, highly recommend.

The most luxurious hotel Ive stayed at in NYC. Oh my what an amazing and luxurious hotel this is! I booked this place with little expectations. I honestly thought it would be tacky and touristy since its an older hotel. Boy was I wrong! I got the Edwardan suite and when i arrived i was told I HAVE A BUTLER that comes with the suite! A BUTLER!! What in the world! I couldnt believe it! The service was stellar. I was treated like royalty when in reality im a nobody! My children enjoyed it as well.
