Very good but bathroom needs upgrade We booked Westin as we used this chain before and we were always delighted. This time, i have to deduct a point for the bathroom which needed a bit of an upgrade. Old loud sliding door that didnt work properly and a toilet flush that was super annoyingly loud, especially at night. As well the area around the shower looked quite old. Location superb, best so far from all the stays i had in NY. Staff friendly.

Erica is the best!! Erica is wonderful!!! I can’t express how she always makes this hotel feel like my home!! Thank you Erica. My stay here is great and the service is top tier. I have been traveling to New York for years and I always come back. It’s always a winning experience.

Business stay As usual the Westin Grand Central delivered a great experience. Erica was very helpful and so pleasant! Made my stay great! She helped get our party checked in and then had us seated in the lounge on a crowded rainy night! Thanks to the entire team!

The People Make The Hotel The Westin has become my second home thanks to the incredibly lovely staff who work here. Erica, Alexander, Charlie, and Kate B have all been so attentive and made me really feel like I’m surrounded by the most wonderful people in New York. Great fit for business travels Great hotel for business and family! Staff go above and beyond for all the guests. Close to great food spots and train stations. Shout out to Erica and the bar staff, they do an excellent job and make you feel welcome. I enjoy all my stays and appreciate everything the staff does to make my work trips productive.
