Roxy Hotel New York

Great anniversary stay! We have been coming here for over 10 years and it never disappoints. The location is great. The vibe is fun. The lounge has great drinks and a pool table. Everyone here is helpful and friendly. We were here to celebrate our anniversary. Zillah at check-in went out of her way to welcome us and make our anniversary special. We come to NYC twice a year and never stay anywhere else.

The Best Hotel in New York City I go to New York City every summer to celebrate my birthday. This year was a milestone birthday, and I came to celebrate with friends and family. I have stayed at the Roxy Hotel in TriBeca for the last ten years, other than the one Covid year, and I have always been very happy with everything and everyone connected to the hotel. It’s in a great location, walking distance from Chinatown, Little Italy, the lower east side, and Battery Park. There are also many subway lines within a few blocks of the hotel. When I called to make the reservation, I spoke to Lissy Guzmán, the front desk supervisor, and she was extremely gracious. I had never met her, but she was very attentive. She gave me a good price and made the reservation. I also called her a few days later to make a reservation for my daughter. When I arrived, Zillah greeted me with a glass of prosecco. She was extremely friendly and attentive throughout my five day stay. Kelly also greeted me upon arrival. Roger was also extremely gracious. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond expectations. When I arrived, a bottle of champagne and birthday cake was delivered to my room. Lissy was responsible for this extra treat. My room was great, as always, and quiet, as requested. There is music at night, but once I went up to my room, I didn’t hear it. The restaurants are excellent. I had breakfast there every day. My daughter’s flight was delayed and then cancelled, so I changed her reservation to two days later. There was no problem. Two days later she again went to the airport and her flight was again delayed and then cancelled. She gave up and never came to NY. There was no problem cancelling the reservation. I have met many wonderful Roxy associates throughout the years, and Lissy is, in my opinion, at the top! She was beyond attentive to my every need, and extremely friendly. She even made my friend who came to visit feel very welcome. I hope she and the others, who are right up there with her, will be there for many years, because I plan to keep returning to the Roxy, my favorite hotel!

Top tier service and hospitality Daniel Rasan at the front desk took such great care of me! So pleasant, professional and gave some of the best suggestions on fun things to do near the hotel. I’m a young female who traveled solo so he made sure to take extra special care of me and make sure he gave the proper suggestions for single ladies. The best service ever ! Thanks so much Daniel

11/10!! Book it! Amazing experience from the minute we walked in the door. Zillah greeted us and proceeded to pour us each a glass of Prosecco and gave us a full rundown of the hotel features and amenities. We were spending the night in the city for my birthday, and Zillah helped to make it extra special (THANK YOU ZILLAH!) The room (corner king) was spacious and clean with panoramic windows giving us beautiful city street views. Very cool and elevated vibes. Very NEW YORK! Loved it so much! We’ll definitely be back.

A Proper Hotel A proper hotel with an unpretentious but very elegant style. Movie theatre, live music, pool table, fantastic coffee at the coffee shop in the lobby, clean and comfortable rooms. Zillah helped us and made the check in experience very pleasant. Can’t recommend enough.
