Hospitality is comforting First time in nyc and it is overwhelming but i met ms KUNARIE and as she took care of the room, she made sure i was comfortable, relaxed and less stressed. Thank you so much the smallest gesture is the worthiest thing a person in hotel expects. Thanks!!!

Don’t stay near Chinatown Where do I start? I will be VERY honest. This is not a location I would never take young kids to, as a family. Sadly, there is a park right behind the hotel that is full to the brim with the homeless and chronic drug addicts. Don’t get me wrong, as I do feel for them, but even as a seasoned visitor to NYC I was blown away by how it was it was, in the area around the Hotel? With that knowledge, I was surprised that there was no security in the hotel lobby, and even more astonishing that anyone could come in, and take the elevator to any floor without any swipe card being needed? The rooms may look okay on the various platforms (booking dot com etc) but they are very past their prime (like 20 years ago from their prime) There is no Rooftop outside (bar) area either, so forget that! Yes, there are photos of that on Booking dot com but they said it’s only for ‘events’ My overall review of this Hotel is to try and book somewhere uptown, not in Chinatown? It’s so sh**ty down there as a whole. Cheers! Andy

NICE EXPERIENCE We had a pleasant two-night stay at this hotel. We would especially like to mention and thank Ms Blanca (at the front desk) and ms Kumari (from cleaning service) for their professionality, efficiency and kindness that made our stay at Wyndham Garden Chinatown warmer and happier.

Hotel Stay It was a last minute booking as my flight got cancelled. The stay was quite good and comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel is complementary and quite filling. Kumarie, the housekeeper is kind and great to talk to. She is amazing at her job. A big thumbs up!

Great staff! Great stay! Great service, great staff, and great hotel! I can’t thank the staff enough, especially Gio and Abigail and the staff that were able to check me in at 4am Wednesday morning! They still had energy and good service! Would recommend, you’d enjoy yourself!
