Out dated, dirty and loud I booked two rooms June 9-11 while vacationing in the Bay Area. The bathrooms are extremely outdated, air vents were filthy… the sliding glass door to our “patio” wouldn’t open even after unlocking and removing the pole/security device so we basically just had a large window. Worst of all on Tuesday we were woken up at 7:30 by landscapers doing yard work outside our “patio” so much for sleeping in a little on my last day of vacation.

Love this hotel! This is our favorite hotel in Silicon Valley. We stay here 8-10 days throughout the year. Patio and balcony’s rooms have sliding glass doors to the landscaped areas and pool — really lovely. Staff is friendly, place is clean, comfortable., easy location.

Nice hotel Nice hotel, located near a mall, I stayed as working nearby. Hotel is clean, staff were nice, pool look nice. Room was cleaned daily. Ample parking, looked like they held conventions there. I’d stay there again if work bought me this way again.

Bad experience with the hotel staff I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I had a negative experience where I lost some personal belongings, and the hotel staff displayed a lack of concern and unhelpful attitude. Here's what happened: I changed rooms in the morning and accidentally left my face cream behind. In the evening, I called the front desk to inquire about it. The staff member informed me that I needed to speak to someone at the front desk the following morning since they didn't have access to the Lost & Found. The next morning, I asked the person at the front desk about my missing item, and they took note of my information. However, when I returned later that night and inquired again, they seemed clueless and unaware of the situation. Their attitude throughout the entire ordeal was extremely poor and unprofessional. I even mentioned that I am a Hilton Diamond Member, and despite asking about the issue three times, I received no satisfactory response. Overall, my experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. The lack of care, unhelpful attitude, and poor communication make it clear that this is not a place where you should consider staying.

In need of a refresh and cleaning This property needs a refresh and a good cleaning. There were trays in the hallway when I went to bed and the same trays were there when I checked out in the morning. Not sure if they are short staffed but I will not stay here again. Later I called to discuss a charge I didn't recognize on my bill and Chris (Front Desk Manager) was not very nice and insisted I had breakfast in their bistro.
