Average hotel, close to Newark. Stayed here as I wanted to be close to Newark for my flight the following day. Airport is close, but far away from downtown New York. Hotel is more self-service. Cheap, but rooms are ok. Bathroom standard. Did not take the breakfast. Was already gone by that time.

excellent service My husband and I would like to give a special mention to a member of staff on Reception when we arrived on Dec 1 2024. We think her name is Aya. My husband requested a gluten free breakfast grab 'n go bag, but there was not one available. Aya went above and beyond to produce a bag that had gluten free options for him. Thank you!

Like sleeping next to a race track Tired and noisy hotel like sleepy next to a drag strip. Horrible noise, level of cars racing outside all through the night hotel shuttle drops you off at the tram only having to take several escalators two trains and a bus with your luggage to get to the Delta terminal, this location has convinced me not to stay with Hilton hotels.

Good for an airport overnight This is a typical airport hotel. The airport shuttle was good. It leaves the hotel on the hour and half hour. It picks up at the airport on the hour and half hour at P4 which is the AirTran station so just follow signs to AirTran. The staff were friendly. The room was decent. The wifi was good. The A/C worked. The property was quiet enough - some siren and construction noise but can't really help that. Overall there's nothing in the area you could walk to the property but works well for an airport overnight

Vijay is the best - he solved a tough situation with speed and grace. I was super impressed by Vijay. He helped us solve a payment issue that seemed insolveable. It's a long story, but know that he made sure my international colleague was well taken care of after I paid for my colleague's room. Being a novice traveler and from a small country, I was afraid to send him to the hotel by himself. I had planned to go with him and stay also, but a medical emergency prevented me from going.
