I'll go again if in Toronto area Lovely hotel and staff, from the reception to cleaning staff. Location: across from huge mall and all sort of other shops in 10 min. walking distance. 30 min. driving to downtown Toronto. The restaurant has nice atmosphere and tasty food. "All day breakfast" is amazing!

Great room, good price, awesome staff On July 8th we booked a room for the night. As we settled we turned on the TV,which ended up having a mind of its own. It would freeze, then shut off and come back on. Kept doing this so we finally called front desk. They sent maintenance up almost immediately to check. Poor guy was as baffled as us. He called down to desk to see if we could have another room. (Jessica ) was up within a few minutes to help us move down the hall. Awesome staff. If it was a full house we would of understood if we couldn't get another room. We would of made due ,as normally we are not tv watcher. But the fact the staff was on top of it was great. They got back to us,that the TV was still under warranty and was going to be checked out. We will definitely be back!

The lights went out...but someone was home. Checked in on Canada Day (July 1st) for a mix of appointments and escaping visiting family. This hotel is like staying at home with it's reliability and instant familiarity. The rooms are not overwhelming or underwhelming in decor but very clean, simple, well appointed and completely functional. The staff were, on this visit, friendly and helpful in every way from the check in staff to the General Manager. I had planned to stay for 3 nights but in the late afternoon prior to my last night an accident up the road from the hotel knocked over a power pole putting out power in a large block of Newmarket. After waiting a while in an increasingly hot room I walked down the four flights to the front desk where the staff were as yet unaware as to how long the outage would be. Not only did the GM say I was more than welcome to check out early without a penalty for the last night she loaned me her cell phone to arrange for a ride...class. Stay in the main building if you are travelling alone or really like it quiet and book a King Suite if it is available...a nice upgrade for a very small upcharge.

Great staff! Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Much appreciated. Rooms were average and location was quiet.

Hotel for nearby wedding. We were given a group rate which was very reasonable. Staff answered all our advance questions. Room was clean. The hotel is slightly dreary from the outside, but don’t let that fool you!
