Weekend getaway First visit at this location and we will definitely return! The location to the nearby popular sites are a plus. The staff are friendly and the room was very cleaned.

Nice and expensive and miscommunicates one of those deals where you beleive youre on the same page as the person checking you in, you beleive you have two nights,.. a thirty minute conversation with the front desk lady checking you in.. one of those, certainly thought it was clear, yes it was in my email. but trusted front desk lady (katrina) resolved my first question when i walked in (do you have vacancy for two nights?). And sure maybe she heard Tonight instead of two nights. Sure I should have later looked at my email, but after the 30 minute interaction where she insists on getting a world of hyatt account, I was mistaken in beleiving we were clear on how many nights. So I get called to leave the property. great feeling! plus i got charged for self parking and valet parking on the same vehicle for the one day i was there .. excellent! have to love newport beach

Wonderful property The Hyatt Newport was amazing. The hotel grounds are immaculate and have a lot of options to enjoy with a family while on vacation. We used the complimentary beach cruisers, the shuffleboard, pools, and more. The short golf course looked fun too, but we didn't have time to use it. Overall the staff was great, and the whole stay couldn't have been better.

First class hotel Grounds were lovely. The family golf and bike riding was not first class. Our housekeeper knew my name when I entered the hallway. Wow!
