Amazing Stay!!! Our room at The Chanler at Cliff Walk was absolutely amazing. It was on the first floor with a porch overlooking the water. The room was well-appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was also well-appointed. We had dinner one night at the restaurant at The Chanler; the food was delicious, and the staff was attentive and knowledgable. We booked the room through a travel agency that is "Virtuoso," and a number of amenities came with the Virtuoso designation. Highly recommend Virtuoso. My only "ding" is that I had trouble figuring out how to operate the shower! We had dinner reservations on the waterfront in Newport one night, and The Chanler provided transportation by way of a shuttle, both ways, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend!!!

October at The Chanler Hotel was fantastic and the staff was arguably the best we have experienced at a hotel. The room was immaculate and the grounds were spectacular. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Exceptional and amazing This was an exceptional hotel and an overall amazing experience. The suite, the Cliffwalk on the ocean steps outside the door, the beautiful gardens, and the welcoming staff and just a few reasons we will be back.

Highly recommend Beautiful Hotel and wonderful staff. If you have mobility issues, there are no elevators.Easy walk to downtown for great shopping and restaurants. Tennis Hall of Fame is one of many must sees!

Beautiful Visit To The Chanler! I am so thankful I researched and found The Chanler. It began with a very warm and helpful greeting upon calling to inquire and make reservations. When we arrived we were greeted by the Valet and 3 Concierge waiting for us with Champaign, reminded me of arriving at Downton Abbey! As we were escorted to our room, we were given the history of The Chanler. Our room (The Mediterranean) was pristine with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. We had made dinner reservations the evening we checked in so we had very little time to be ready for dinner. When we returned to our room housekeeping had organized ALL of my things and had mats out beside our bed with slippers, our phone charging cords rolled and wrapped! At The Chanler, you are consistently treated as if you are Royalty. We are already planning on when we will return.
