Business trip I really don’t like staying at hotels, but this was a business trip. I really enjoyed the staying at this hotel, it was really nice and very comfortable. One of my biggest complaints on other hotels are always noisy, but during my stay it was not bad. Their food was ok. Overall, this was a nice hotel to stay in, cleanness was not that bad but better than others that I have stayed in.

Parking lot was terrible… 25 minutes to get out of it. Overall we had a good experience. Staff specially from the lobby were extremely nice. Monique from the front desk helped us changing the room and adding a bee to be more comfortable. Getting out of the parking lot was awful, terrible. The first day took us 25 minutes to get out from the parking lot. I called the manager onsite to help us expedite the traffic in the parking lot and he was able to scan tickets faster and helped opening the gate faster for cars to start moving. The other two days it took us 15 minutes to get out. They also had a parking machine which was not working for several days. Definitely they need to work on this! People were so upset that became very rude trying to get out.

Convenient and comfortable; great value. It's not quite a resort and it's not quite a deluxe hotel; but the Boston Marriott in Newton is about as posh as a mid-range chain hotel can be. The Marriott Corporation clearly spent the money on this place, to give it some genuine quality. Conveniently-located, just off the I-90 exit. Pretty rooms with all the standard comforts: television, coffee/tea machine, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer. Nice restaurant onsite and a coffee stand to buy your morning Starbucks. Pretty pool and easy-to-use exercise equipment. As some of the photos show you, it's on a lake with a boathouse, offering pleasant canoeing fun in the summer. Restaurants and a grocery store are nearby. Definitely a winner if you're traveling to the Boston area.

A good hotel for a business stay in the Waltham area I stayed here for a few nights on a business trip and found the room to be very comfortable and good to work out of. The staff was very friendly and provided cookies for us because it was national cookie day, nice touch. The hotel does charge an additional fee for parking, just to be aware About $16 per day I believe. I didn't have any challenges with the amenities and found everything to be pretty clean. Overall I would say for the price you pay you get a good value.

OK stay, probably better going elsewhere The pool was great. The room was OK, the view was lovely but partially obscured by a big tent. The bathroom was cramped and somehow the designer forgot to include hooks to hang up towels. Also a night light would have been good instead of me trying to fumble around in the dark. Breakfast was pricy for what you got. The buffet is expensive but a la carte isn’t much better. The home fries were crispy but bland. The additional charge for parking… outrageous. I am not a fan of hidden fees. It makes me annoyed.
