Horrible This is a horrible property to stay. There was foul odour emanating from the outside foyer. The rooms are stained carpets are super dirty. One of the most run down places I’ve seen, the fact that they max revenue by charging so much is just criminal for the room they offer or probably it’s just the location. Atleast basic renovation must be carried out the furniture is stained the carpets are filthy it’s a total cringe fest. I would avoid this at all costs. The owners and the management if it allows them financially should take care of the property, it is almost symbolic of the run down niagra we see today which is sadly not developed. Only plus very close to the falls but does not compensate for the many faultlines. I mean just look at the entrance full of dirty fluids not sure how competent the management is. This is just the basics. Mr Khalid from reception was friendly and explained in detail the area around

Great stay, only one downside Had a great 2 night stay at this hotel. View of the river from our room, you couldn’t be much closer to the falls from this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, everything was clean, good breakfast. Only downside, our car was broken into from the parking lot overnight, so just a word of warning, don’t leave anything valuable in your car. We would still choose this hotel, as theft can happen anywhere unfortunately.

Fantastic stay and experience My wife and I reserved a room in early February. Michael was so friendly and helpful. He spent a great deal of time helping us decide on our trip. He got us a fantastic room overlooking the Falls. When we arrived (early) our room was not ready which gave us the opportunity to walk around and experience the falls and town. During our 3 nights stay Michael took care of us and made sure our stay and 50th anniversary was memorable! The entire staff was friendly and helpful the whole time. Our room was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. Breakfast was extremely well stocked and delicious! This was our first trip to the Falls and if we come back, Comfort In at the Pointe will be our hotel of choice (pun was accidental). Thanks Michael!

3 night stay Staff is friendly and helpful with any questions, rooms were clean and beds comfortable, breakfast was good and staff was friendly too, very easy to get to state park and to restaurants in the area. We stayed for 3 nights and never moved our car. Everything is in walking distance.

A must-stay for Niagara Falls This hotel is located across the street from Niagara Falls Park - I was stunned that I could walk less than 5 minutes and see the American Falls! The hotel itself was great. The beds were very comfortable, the check-in process was seamless. They have a parking lot in the hotel area that seemed pretty well secured. The front desk staff were very helpful with any information and directions we needed. The breakfast has a wide variety to choose from. When the eating space in the room started filling up, they opened an overflow room for additional seating. There were three staff persons attending to the breakfast to keep everything filled up and clean tables as people left. For location, price and value, I would definitely stay here again, and will encourage any of my friends who visit this area to use this hotel.
